Coming in by car
Casino Moose Jaw is at 21 Fairford Street East, downtown in Moose Jaw. In straight lines, it sits 65 km from Regina, 161 km from Swift Current and 209 km from Saskatoon. Any road is longer than its straight line. Read these numbers as a starting point, not as the length of the trip.
For the road itself, the card opens directions in a map for each town. Saskatchewan keeps Central Standard Time all year, with no daylight saving. Every time on this page is that time, so the hours you plan around stay the same in every season.
- The distances on this card are straight lines between map coordinates, and any road you drive will be longer.
- The card gives no driving times, so leave the day some room for the road as it is.
Leaving the car
Parking at Casino Moose Jaw is paid. The fee is not published, so call the casino at 1-306-694-3888 before you set out. A Players Club member parks without charge on any day they earn 10 points. Membership costs nothing, and in Moose Jaw a guest signs up at Guest Services with photo ID.
Once the car is parked, a pedway across Fairford Street links the casino with the hotel expansion of Temple Gardens Mineral Spa.
City buses
From Monday to Saturday, Moose Jaw Transit operates four fixed routes between 7:15 AM and 6:30 PM, with a bus every 40 minutes. The four routes, 4 Westmount, 3 Athabasca West/Thatcher, 2 Sunningdale and 1 Athabasca East, all come together downtown close to the Mae Wilson Theatre and City Hall. Buses do not run on Sundays or statutory holidays, so a Sunday trip calls for a different plan.
Tickets and passes can be bought at the Yara Centre, the Kinsmen Sportsplex and City Hall (at 228 Main Street North), or through the HotSpot app. Each bus has lowering boarding platforms, ramps and two wheelchair spaces. Whether Casino Moose Jaw has a shuttle or a taxi stand is not published, so call 1-306-694-3888 to find out.
